Contents Sections: 7
1. Who can leave a review
Any visitor who has been to the venue. Without an account, a review is published after email confirmation and shown with a “Guest” label. Ratings by venue representatives of their own venue do not count.
2. What a review should be
- your own experience: when you visited, what you liked and what you didn’t;
- specifics rather than general words;
- at least 60 characters of text;
- photos you took yourself — without close-ups of people, car number plates or documents.
3. What we don’t publish
- insults, threats, profanity, discrimination;
- personal data: staff surnames, phone numbers, private addresses;
- unproven accusations of crimes — these belong with law enforcement;
- advertising, links, promo codes and paid reviews;
- reviews that aren’t about the venue: third-party delivery services, politics, other places;
- repeated and template reviews, including batches from one device.
4. Moderation
Every review is checked by automatic filters and a moderator, usually within a day. If a review is rejected or hidden, the reason is shown in your account.
5. How reviews affect the score
A venue’s score is built from reviews weighted by trust in the author: a verified account, how helpful past reviews were, confirmed visits. Recent reviews weigh more than old ones. More on the author rating page.
6. Owner replies
A verified owner can reply to a review publicly. The same rules apply to replies: no insults and no personal data about the author.
7. If you disagree with a review
Disagreeing with an author’s opinion is not a violation — the owner can reply. If a review breaks the rules or contains your personal data, send a removal request; a moderator will respond within 10 working days.
