By placing the corresponding mark in the service on the MESTA Platform (hereinafter — the Platform), the data subject gives their free, unambiguous and informed consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the terms set out in this consent and in the Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy).
The operator within the scope of this personal data processing is MESTA Ukraine.
The data subject consents to the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, residential address, date and time of the order, ordered service, telephone number, email address, account in the preferred messenger, attached files, chat history, message content in feedback and review forms, login and password for the account, place of employment, position, IP address, cookie, geolocation, information about visits to the Platform provided by Google Analytics statistics services, information about use and settings, device information, information from server event logs and other technical identifiers.
The specific list of personal data processed depends on the functionality of the particular Platform service used by the data subject.
The operator processes the aforementioned personal data for the following purposes:
- Identification of the Platform user as part of providing the service
- Provision of the service requested by the user and fulfilment of the user’s request
- Offering the user services that could be useful and interesting based on services previously purchased by the user
- Adapting the service to the user’s needs
- Improving the quality of the service and related services
- Analysing the audience, its preferences and interests
- Eliminating software errors and optimising the operation of the Platform
- Sending marketing and informational materials
The procedure and time limits for processing personal data are determined by the Privacy Policy of MESTA Ukraine.
The data subject agrees to the transfer of their personal data to individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, or legal entities whose information is posted on the Platform and whose services the data subject plans to use through the Platform (hereinafter — organisations). The list of organisations connected to the Platform is posted on mesta.com.ua and is constantly kept up to date.
Within the scope of this consent to processing, the data subject grants MESTA the right to collect, systematise, store, modify, use, depersonalise, block, distribute, provide and delete personal data.
In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the data subject has the right to receive information concerning the processing of their personal data, to amend the data, to receive information about the provision of personal data to third parties, to demand the termination of the processing of personal data and/or their deletion, to submit an application to the operator, to challenge the actions (inaction) and decisions of the operator related to the processing of personal data, and to withdraw consent to the processing and transfer of personal data, except where personal data are processed on the basis of the law or other grounds besides consent. The procedure for exercising any of the above rights is determined in accordance with the Privacy Policy of MESTA Ukraine.
By providing this consent, the data subject confirms that their rights as a data subject related to the processing of personal data, the mechanism for exercising such rights, and the consequences of giving or refusing to give consent have been explained to them in simple and accessible language.
