TRTs Ocean Plaza (Oushen Plaza) in Kyiv

The Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment center is the largest space for shopping, leisure and entertainment in central Kyiv.
The shopping gallery features more than 420 branded stores, a food hypermarket, as well as around 40 cafés and restaurants.
The center offers a cinema, a children’s amusement park and a beach club on the roof of the parking garage for leisure and entertainment. The center’s hallmark is the largest ocean aquarium in Western Europe.
Ocean Plaza has repeatedly received prestigious professional and consumer awards. The center won the “Best Shopping and Entertainment Complex of the Year” category and was awarded the “Favorite of Success” title in 2015 and 2016; it received the “Choice of the Year” award as the winner in the “Shopping and Entertainment Center of the Year 2013” and “Shopping and Entertainment Center of the Year 2014” categories. The shopping center won the prestigious Retail&Development Business Awards in the “Best Large Shopping and Entertainment Center” category in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018; consumer choice winner in the “Best Large Shopping and Entertainment Center in Kyiv” category in 2013–2018.

In 2017, Ocean Plaza once again proved its leadership in Ukraine’s commercial real estate market by setting a new attendance record during the Black Friday sales night on November 24. For setting record figures — 105,500 visitors came to Ocean Plaza over 16 hours — the center received a certificate from the “Book of Records of Ukraine” in the “Trade, Mass Events” category.
