Попросили баббл ти - нам показали в меню, в итоге пробивала заказ уже другая девушка, в итоге получили мы обычный чай(заказывали средний, повторили несколько раз, в итоге пробили нам большой). На просьбу и вопрос о баббл, девушка сказала, что мы не называли его, на требование добавить его отказалась( доплата в меню не указана, но в терминале почему-то ее пробить можно) На просьбу предоставить жалобную книгу старшый бариста Дигтяренко В.(девушка со светлыми волосами) сказала: "у нас её нет". На вопрос о своих имени и фамилии с должностью отвечать отказалась, юридического названия фирмы, на которой работает, не знает, номера директора у нее нет, а имени его не знает (уголка потребителя также нет) Также на просьбу о возврате она сказала, что не может нам его сделать, а после вернула деньги наличкой из своего кармана, хотя мы оплачивали картой На попытку взять чек с оплатой, Дигтяренко В. выхватила у меня его из рук и порвала, чтобы мы не узнали его номер Отвратительно!
