Oscar at Smart Plaza shopping centre is an ultra-modern 8-screen cinema where viewers can immerse themselves in the universe of cinema with progressive film technologies!
Our loft interior is designed in the style of the historic rivalry between the two cinematic universes, Marvel and DC.
In the screens, we use the latest Barco cinema projectors, providing vivid and contrast-rich 3D images. The “floating” screens by the British brand HARKNESS SCREEN with 4K projection create an impressively sharp image in synergy with the ultra-modern DepthQ 3D system. The new screens also support High Frame Rate — a high frame rate.
For the most discerning viewers, Oscar at Smart Plaza has a cosy VIP screen with 28 seats equipped with ultra-comfortable recliners by the American brand VIP Seating. A specialised lens has been installed on the VIP screen projector, allowing the screen to be brought as close as possible to the viewer for even greater immersion in the film. Similar lenses are used in projectors with IMAX technology.
The new cinema features a unique THOR cinema subwoofer, allowing viewers not only to hear but also to feel sound effects throughout their bodies. Oscar is the first cinema chain in Eastern Europe to install this technology. Before that, THOR had been presented at international cinema equipment exhibitions and installed in the best cinemas in Europe and America. By the way, this technology was developed by the Ukrainian company Mag Audio (Bila Tserkva) — the largest manufacturer of acoustic systems in Eastern Europe.
Comfortable European-made seats are installed in all the screens of the new cinema. Baco Cineplex seats by one of the best Spanish manufacturers, Ascender, and premium-comfort slider seats by Lino Sonego, a premium Italian manufacturer of seats for the world’s best concert venues.

Порівнював із сусідніми варіантами — тут краще. Вистава — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Оцінку ставлю високу заслужено.
Заходили в начале лета, впечатления хорошие. Цены адекватные для такого уровня. Претензий нет.
Обрали за відгуками, і вони не збрехали. Чисто, доглянуто, видно, що за місцем стежать. Дитяча програма — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Рекомендую.
