What are the opening hours?

We are open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:00 to 17:00.

What documents are required to register a marriage?

For Ukrainian citizens:

• The bride’s and groom’s passports;
• The bride’s and groom’s tax identification numbers;
• If previously married — a divorce certificate

For foreign citizens:

• The original international passport + a notarised translation into Ukrainian;
• Proof of legal stay in Ukraine (visa, passport stamps or residence permit);
• If previously married, a document confirming termination of the marriage (original) with an apostille or legalisation (depending on the country) + a notarised translation into Ukrainian.

How far in advance should an application for marriage registration be submitted?

We can register your marriage on the same day.
However, we recommend booking a date in advance.

How long does the ceremony itself last?

The ceremony itself takes 15-20 minutes, depending on the programme.
The remaining time is reserved for congratulations, photographs and a buffet — 1 hour.

 How many people can the hall accommodate?

The ceremony hall can seat up to 250 people.
The total capacity is 500 people.
