Kyiv has long been renowned as the capital of faith and witches. Women from Kyiv (as sorceresses were also called) have always been respected here and never burned; the only restriction was that they were not allowed to hold gatherings within the city.

We decided to correct this historical injustice and finally create a place in Kyiv where witches and warlocks could legally hold their sabbaths and gatherings, a place where magic could not only be seen or used, but also tasted.

The witch bar’s signature cuisine is a blend of traditional Ukrainian and European cuisines combined with secret recipes from witches around the world. In our kitchen, we tell fortunes using seeds, spices and herbs, cast spells for prosperity and goodness over our dishes, and, most importantly, cook only with pure intentions and an open heart.
