Заскочили дорогою додому, ходимо на тренування. Тренажери справні, черги до них немає. Роздягальня чиста, рушники видають. Для базового підійде.

Уранці. Ходили на групові — тренер веде групу, а не себе. Розклад груп не змінюють раптово. Для базового підійде.
