The Bachevskykh family and their creations — Baczewski vodka — are among the main protagonists of lively Lviv, dating back to those golden times when millions were lost in casinos in our city and wealthy people from all over Europe came to see our variety shows and cabarets. The Bachevskykh factory, opened in 1782, became the first mass vodka production factory in the world.

A combination of old recipes and modern technologies creates a completely new cuisine with an unconventional approach. Chef Oleksandr Chernyshenko explored not only Halytskyi recipes, but also Austrian, Polish and Jewish ones. Here you can try Berdychiv-style soup, Kyiv-style gefilte fish, veal with foie gras, lemonsol, Lviv syrnyk and, of course, the signature liqueurs and infusions, of which the establishment now has more than a hundred.

Пришли по совету знакомых — не пожалели. Чисто и ухоженно, видно, что за местом следят. С парковкой проблем не было. Оценку ставлю высокую.
Загалом рівно, без сюрпризів у будь-який бік. Музика голосніша, ніж потрібно для розмови. Оцінка серединна — і за фактом заслужена.

В бачевских был уже не впервые. Обслуживание и подача как и ранее на высоте, на этом плюсы моего отзыва заканчиваются. Еда посредственная, на троечку, ничего особенного. Как и ранее искусственно созданные очереди на входе. В заведении пора уже что-то менять, больше посещать его желания нет.
Їжа сподобалася. Не сподобалась атмосфера - прийшовши на побачення, не було дуже затишно, коли між столиками бігали діти і їм ніхто не зробив зауваження.
Не было элементарного на баре - большой не газированной воды и какао. Грязные тарелки были на столе, убирали их только когда мы просили, в итоге в чек нам вписали какао и забыли пробить воду. Ссылаться на загруженность в заведении нет смысла - людей почти не было.
