Okhotnyi Dvir is among the five unique gastronomic restaurants in Kharkiv. It is located in the very centre, surrounded by parkland. Here, you can enjoy relaxing on your own or with family and friends, listen to pleasant music and feel the warmth of a real fireplace. The restaurant offers the calm and refined simplicity of a cosy Alpine chalet, whose design has carried the echo of bygone times into the present day. Every detail conveys a sense of tranquillity: handmade tapestries on the walls, soft and comfortable sofas in the halls, a living fire in the fireplace, and paintings, books, jugs and other pleasant little things carefully arranged on the shelves of wooden sideboards. For more than ten years, the restaurant has preserved its culinary traditions: Sunday kulesh cooked over firewood, fish soup made over a campfire from seven kinds of fish, lamb grilled over coals, classic roast beef, authentic pilaf cooked over an open fire, special game dishes, and the restaurant’s special pride — homemade bread and dishes from a wood-fired oven. Були в години пік, і це вплинуло на враження. Персонал ввічливий, просто дуже завантажений. Ціни трохи вищі за середні по району при звичайних порціях. Столик протерли не одразу, довелося попросити. Загалом нейтрально.
Ходимо сюди районом уже пів року. Зал чистий, столи витирають одразу, посуд без слідів. У чеку — Вечеря на двох і кава, вклалися без здивувань. Ставлю високу оцінку заслужено.
Давно хотіли потрапити, і навесні нарешті дійшли руки. Кава нормальна, не кисла, зерно свіже. Меню невелике, але видно, що кожну позицію відпрацювали. Заклад свою оцінку відпрацьовує чесно.
