Fiori Restaurant in Kyiv

An Italian restaurant, Fiori Il Ristorante, has opened on the second floor of the Domosfera shopping centre. The restaurant’s chef, Franco Schiavone, moved to Ukraine from southern Italy five years ago. Here, he prepares dishes according to authentic Italian recipes and follows the slow food concept.

FIORI RESTAURANT MENU

The restaurant menu is constantly updated and is based on pasta, pizza, antipasti and seafood dishes. Pizza is baked here in a wood-fired oven. Products are purchased in small batches, with an effort to use only fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit in the cooking. The drinks menu features wines from all regions of Italy.

Оцінка посередині, і це чесно. Офіціанта довелося чекати, хоча зал був напівпорожній. Смак нормальний, але подача звичайна. Раз сходити можна.

Ожидал чуть большего, если честно. Персонал вежливый, но загруженный. Информации не хватает, пришлось переспрашивать. Вернусь, если не будет альтернатив.

Случайно оказался в первой половине дня, ограничившись кофе для беседы. Также непроизвольно глянул меню. Не так удивили супы от 750 грн до 900(я не против, возможно есть за что), как наше непринуждённое кофепитие за 700 грн на четверых.
