Полтора месяца назад перед отпуском решила пройти курс лимфодренажного массажа. Честно говоря, настроена была довольно скептически - мне 45 лет и лишнего веса 20 кг точно. Начиталась отзывов, что минус два размера можно потерять. В итоге решила попробовать, и... результат есть! Во-первых, достаточно ощутимо подтянулась кожа на бёдрах и животе, почти пропали складки на спине (понятно, что питание тоже нужно подрегулировать). И ещё из плюсов: девушка, которая делала массаж, была очень милой и приятной)).
