В обід: приходили по посилку з-за кордону, митну паперовку допомогли заповнити. Зручно від Площа Українських Героїв — дійшли за 9 хвилин. Сидінь для черги немає взагалі. Робоче відділення, без вражень.

Приходили за записом. Отримували пенсію — видали без черги, як і має бути. Відділення нове, всередині світло й чисто. Робоче відділення, без вражень.
