Заскочили в обед, хотели оплатить картой — терминал не работал. От метро Харьковская минут 4 пешком. В обед закрывается на перерыв. В следующий раз оформлю онлайн.

Заходили вранці, отримували пенсію — видали без черги, як і має бути. Адреса — проспект Миколи Бажана. Тісно, у черзі стоять на вулиці. Робоче відділення, без вражень.
