All dishes are cooked over firewood in a wood-fired oven, a Josper grill or on a barbecue, allowing you to experience the full flavour of exquisite dishes for gourmets who love food “straight from the fire”. Tusovka is also famous for its veal tenderloin medallions, served with a wonderful plum and mustard sauce. All the dishes are so delicious that you will easily become a regular at the Tusovka beer restaurant. For dessert, you can enjoy delicate Napoleon cake with strawberry sauce and fragrant honey cake.

Один із тих закладів, куди хочеться повертатися. Вечірнє світло приємне, посидіти можна довго. На терасі тихіше, ніж усередині, і вигляд нормальний. Повернемось точно.
Заскочили у квітні на швидкий обід і залишились на десерт. У чеку — Стейк і кава, вклалися без здивувань. Замовляли Стейк, чекали хвилин п'ятнадцять, що для повного залу нормально. Друзям уже порадила.
Заскочили навесні на швидкий обід і залишились на десерт. Паста — те, за чим сюди варто йти окремо. Порції такі, що вдвох можна брати одне гаряче на двох. З районних варіантів — один із кращих.
