Until quite recently, this was a vacant lot; now young trees have been planted in Enthusiasts Park, but there is not yet any shade, and in summer during the daytime heat there is nowhere to walk with children. The nearest park is a 30-minute walk along polluted and noisy roads. Development of running tracks. A large running track is needed around the perimeter of the park. Replacement of the pipeline on the park grounds. There are also many condominiums around the park, where residents will be able to hold meetings and address their issues.

Приятно, когда ожидания совпадают с реальностью. С парковкой проблем не было. Цены адекватные для такого уровня. Ранкова зарядка — то, ради чего сюда стоит идти. Оценку ставлю высокую.
Выбирали среди соседних вариантов, здесь лучше. Уложились по времени быстрее, чем планировали. Очередь двигалась быстро, хотя людей хватало. Друзьям посоветовал.
