Horsad was restored and reopened after reconstruction on 9 May 2007. A new rotunda and musical fountain were opened on the garden grounds, the facades were renovated, all utilities were replaced, a new substation was built, and automatic irrigation equipment was installed. The garden is home to the City Philharmonic Summer Theatre (1949, architect R. A. Volodymyrska), a musical rotunda pavilion (1943, architect A. A. Hentsler), and a number of sculptural compositions and monuments.

у липні нарешті дійшли — і не пошкодували. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Ролики — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Претензій немає жодних.

Місце, куди спокійно можна йти з родиною. Персонал ввічливий і відповідає по суті, без «це не до нас». Пробіжка — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Хай так і тримають.

Обрали за відгуками, і вони не збрехали. Все організовано зрозуміло, витратив менше часу, ніж планував. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Повернемось.
