PryvatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PryvatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the profits of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.
