More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives — half of all users of banking services in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of clients of the digital bank Privat24 is currently 13,5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 amounted to 24,3 billion UAH. This was 61,2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid 55,4 billion UAH in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank clients find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless service thanks to virtual cards that can be issued instantly through the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

в начале лета зашли впервые, и всё сложилось. Очередь двигалась быстро, хотя людей хватало. Уложились по времени быстрее, чем планировали. С парковкой проблем не было. Претензий нет.
Приємно, коли очікування збігаються з реальністю. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Приємно здивував рівень чистоти. Повернемось.
