More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all banking service users in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Nearly 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of Privat24 digital bank customers is currently 13,5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24,3 billion грн. This amounts to 61,2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, following nationalisation, the bank paid 55,4 billion грн in dividends to the budget.

PrivatBank customers find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless service through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Радили знайомі — перевірив особисто. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Приємно здивував рівень чистоти. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Приємно, що є такі місця.
Були вдруге, і вдруге те саме відчуття. Чистота середня: основне прибирають, дрібниці лишаються. Ціни трохи вищі за очікувані. Повернусь, якщо не буде альтернатив.
