More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all banking services users in Ukraine, from private individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of clients of the digital bank Privat24 is now 13,5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24,3 billion UAH. This represents 61,2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, following nationalisation, the bank paid 55,4 billion UAH in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank clients find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless service thanks to virtual cards, which can be issued instantly through the Privat24 app on a smartphone.
