More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives — half of all users of banking services in Ukraine, from private individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of customers of the digital bank Privat24 is now 13.5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.
The PrivatBank team does everything possible to make banking convenient and secure for customers. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank customers find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled completely contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Ходимо сюди регулярно, і рівень тримають. Чисто, доглянуто, видно, що за місцем стежать. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Приємно, що є такі місця.
в начале лета зашли впервые, и всё сложилось. Персонал вежливый, всё объяснили спокойно. Уложились по времени быстрее, чем планировали. Оценку ставлю высокую.
Були вперше у лютому, і одразу склалося. Все організовано зрозуміло, витратив менше часу, ніж планував. Чисто, доглянуто, видно, що за місцем стежать. Друзям порадив.
