More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all users of banking services in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of clients of the digital bank Privat24 is currently 13,5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24,3 billion UAH. This accounted for 61,2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid 55,4 billion UAH in dividends to the state budget.
The PrivatBank team does everything to make banking convenient and safe for clients. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank clients find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Очікував трохи більшого, якщо чесно. Черга є, електронна працює через раз. Раз сходити можна.
Заходили на початку літа, враження хороші. З паркуванням проблем не було, місце знайшлося одразу. Пояснили спокійно й двічі, поки не стало зрозуміло. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Рекомендую.
