More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives — half of all users of banking services in Ukraine, from private individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of Privat24 digital banking clients is now 13.5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This was 61.2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank clients find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking with virtual cards that can be issued instantly through the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Були вдруге, і вдруге те саме відчуття. Черга є, електронна працює через раз. Було людно, і це зіпсувало частину враження. Сподіваюсь, підтягнуться.
Ходимо сюди регулярно, і рівень тримають. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Персонал ввічливий і відповідає по суті, без «це не до нас». Переказ — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Повернемось.
Заходили в феврале, впечатления хорошие. С парковкой проблем не было. Очередь двигалась быстро, хотя людей хватало. Оценку ставлю высокую.
