PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This represented 61.2% of the profits of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Місце робоче, але без переваг над сусідніми. Черга є, електронна працює через раз. Все зробили, просто без ентузіазму. Персонал ввічливий, але видно, що завантажений. Не відмовляю, але й не раджу активно.
