PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This represents 61.2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank clients find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Були тут у липні і залишились задоволені. Все працює так, як заявлено на сайті. З паркуванням проблем не було, місце знайшлося одразу. Все підписано й зрозуміло, орієнтуватися легко. Наступного разу підемо сюди ж.

Місце робоче, але без переваг над сусідніми. Черга є, електронна працює через раз. Обмін валют — нормально, але нічого особливого. Раз сходити можна.

Оцінка посередині — і це чесно. Довелося почекати довше, ніж хотілося б. Графік на сайті й реальний трохи різняться. Персонал ввічливий, але видно, що завантажений. На один раз норм.
