More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all users of banking services in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the digital bank Pryvat24 currently has 13.5 million customers.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks that year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled completely contactless banking with virtual cards that can be issued instantly through the Pryvat24 app on a smartphone.

Заходили в мае, впечатления хорошие. Всё работает так, как заявлено. Уложились по времени быстрее, чем планировали. С парковкой проблем не было. Оценку ставлю высокую.
Заходили у травні, враження хороші. Приємно здивував рівень чистоти. Чисто, доглянуто, видно, що за місцем стежать. Перевипуск картки — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Повернемось.
Порівнював із сусідніми варіантами — тут краще. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Повернемось.
