More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all banking service users in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of Privat24 digital banking clients is now 13.5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This amounted to 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank customers find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking with virtual cards that can be issued instantly through the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

наприкінці літа вирішували тут питання, вийшло довше, ніж планував. Консультація — нормально, але нічого особливого. Чистота середня: основне прибирають, дрібниці лишаються. Не відмовляю, але й не раджу активно.
навесні вирішували тут своє питання, усе пройшло гладко. Оплата комуналки — саме те, заради чого сюди варто йти. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Хай так і тримають.
Тепер це наш основний варіант у районі. З паркуванням проблем не було, місце знайшлося одразу. Все підписано й зрозуміло, орієнтуватися легко. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Приємно, що є такі місця.
