PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 amounted to UAH 24.3 billion. This was 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Були вдруге, і вдруге те саме відчуття. Ціни трохи вищі за очікувані. Чистота середня: основне прибирають, дрібниці лишаються. Все зробили, просто без ентузіазму. Раз сходити можна.

навесні нарешті дійшли — і не пошкодували. Все підписано й зрозуміло, орієнтуватися легко. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Оцінку ставлю високу заслужено.
