PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

The PrivatBank team does everything possible to make banking convenient and safe for customers. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled completely contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Приємно, коли очікування збігаються з реальністю. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Чисто, доглянуто, видно, що за місцем стежать. Приємно, що є такі місця.
