More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all banking service users in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the digital bank Privat24 currently has 13.5 million customers.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

Приємно, коли очікування збігаються з реальністю. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Консультація — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Пояснили спокійно й двічі, поки не стало зрозуміло. Приємно, що є такі місця.
Оцінка посередині — і це чесно. З паркуванням складно в години пік. Повернусь, якщо не буде альтернатив.
