Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the digital bank Privat24 currently has 13.5 million clients.

PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This represents 61.2% of the profits of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

The PrivatBank team does everything possible to make banking convenient and safe for clients. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank clients find payment cards convenient to use, but during the COVID-19 pandemic we enabled completely contactless banking through virtual cards, which can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

В целом ровно, без сюрпризов. Персонал вежливый, но загруженный. Информации не хватает, пришлось переспрашивать. Вернусь, если не будет альтернатив.
