PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This was 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank customers find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Заходили у липні, враження хороші. Персонал ввічливий і відповідає по суті, без «це не до нас». Зручний графік: встигли після роботи. Приємно здивував рівень чистоти. Наступного разу підемо сюди ж.

Обрали за відгуками, і вони не збрехали. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Все працює так, як заявлено на сайті. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Рекомендую.

Заходили у лютому, оцінка серединна. Обладнання не найновіше, але робоче. Не відмовляю, але й не раджу активно.
