Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the digital bank Privat24 currently has 13.5 million clients.

PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This was 61.2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

The PrivatBank team does everything possible to make banking services convenient and safe for clients. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank clients find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Заходили у травні, враження хороші. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Персонал ввічливий і відповідає по суті, без «це не до нас». За свої гроші — чудово.
