PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank clients find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Приємно, коли очікування збігаються з реальністю. Пояснили спокійно й двічі, поки не стало зрозуміло. Зручний графік: встигли після роботи. Все організовано зрозуміло, витратив менше часу, ніж планував. Оцінку ставлю високу заслужено.

Пришли по совету знакомых — не пожалели. Чисто и ухоженно, видно, что за местом следят. Очередь двигалась быстро, хотя людей хватало. Перевипуск картки — то, ради чего сюда стоит идти. Вернёмся.
