Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the digital bank Privat24 currently has 13.5 million customers.

Efficient and profitable

PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the profits of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

The PrivatBank team does everything to make banking convenient and safe for customers. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Місце робоче, але без переваг над сусідніми. Графік на сайті й реальний трохи різняться. Було людно, і це зіпсувало частину враження. Повернусь, якщо не буде альтернатив.

навесні нарешті дійшли — і не пошкодували. Все підписано й зрозуміло, орієнтуватися легко. Пояснили спокійно й двічі, поки не стало зрозуміло. За свої гроші — чудово.
