Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of clients of the digital bank Privat24 currently stands at 13.5 million.

PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This was 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.

The PrivatBank team does everything possible to make banking convenient and safe for clients. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank clients find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

на початку літа вирішували тут питання, вийшло довше, ніж планував. Довелося почекати довше, ніж хотілося б. Було людно, і це зіпсувало частину враження. Все зробили, просто без ентузіазму. На один раз норм.

Були вперше у лютому, і одразу склалося. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. З паркуванням проблем не було, місце знайшлося одразу. Відкриття картки — саме те, заради чого сюди варто йти. За свої гроші — чудово.

Очікував трохи більшого, якщо чесно. Ціни трохи вищі за очікувані. Оплата комуналки — нормально, але нічого особливого. Раз сходити можна.
