More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all banking service users in Ukraine, from private individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of customers of the digital bank Pryvat24 currently stands at 13,5 million.
PryvatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PryvatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24,3 billion UAH. This accounted for 61,2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid 55,4 billion UAH in dividends to the state budget.

PryvatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled completely contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Pryvat24 smartphone app.

Обрали за відгуками, і вони не збрехали. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Все працює так, як заявлено на сайті. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Повернемось.
В целом ровно, без сюрпризов. Відкриття картки — нормально, но ничего особенного. Информации не хватает, пришлось переспрашивать. Один раз сходить можно.
Були тут у лютому і залишились задоволені. Приємно здивував рівень чистоти. Перевипуск картки — саме те, заради чого сюди варто йти. Ціни адекватні для такого рівня. Повернемось.
