PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24,3 billion грн. This amounts to 61,2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, following nationalisation, the bank paid 55,4 billion грн in dividends to the budget.

PrivatBank customers find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless service through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.
