More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives — half of all banking service users in Ukraine, from private individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24.3 bln UAH. This accounted for 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid 55.4 bln UAH in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank customers find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled completely contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Були вперше у липні, і одразу склалося. З паркуванням проблем не було, місце знайшлося одразу. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Претензій немає жодних.
Порівнював із сусідніми варіантами — тут краще. З паркуванням проблем не було, місце знайшлося одразу. Все підписано й зрозуміло, орієнтуватися легко. Один із кращих варіантів у місті.

Заходили на початку літа, враження хороші. Все працює так, як заявлено на сайті. Пояснили спокійно й двічі, поки не стало зрозуміло. За свої гроші — чудово.
