More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all users of banking services in Ukraine, from private individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the digital bank Pryvat24 currently has 13.5 million customers.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24.3 billion UAH. This accounted for 61.2% of the annual profit of all Ukrainian banks. In total, after nationalisation, the bank paid 55.4 billion UAH in dividends to the state budget.
The PrivatBank team does everything to make banking services convenient and safe for customers. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless service through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Pryvat24 smartphone app.

Тепер це наш основний варіант у районі. Все організовано зрозуміло, витратив менше часу, ніж планував. Все підписано й зрозуміло, орієнтуватися легко. Рекомендую.
Радили знайомі — перевірив особисто. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Перевипуск картки — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Претензій немає жодних.
Очікував трохи більшого, якщо чесно. Графік на сайті й реальний трохи різняться. Обладнання не найновіше, але робоче. Переказ — нормально, але нічого особливого. Раз сходити можна.
