More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives – half of all banking service users in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the digital bank Privat24 currently has 13.5 million customers.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This accounted for 61.2% of the profits of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.
The PrivatBank team does everything to make banking convenient and safe for customers. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank customers find payment cards convenient to use; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

Ходимо сюди регулярно, і рівень тримають. Пояснили спокійно й двічі, поки не стало зрозуміло. Все організовано зрозуміло, витратив менше часу, ніж планував. Рекомендую.
Були тут на початку року і залишились задоволені. Черга рухалася швидко, попри те що людей вистачало. Приємно здивував рівень чистоти. Оплата комуналки — саме те, заради чого сюди варто йти. Повернемось.
Место рабочее, но без преимуществ. Персонал вежливый, но загруженный. Пришлось подождать дольше, чем хотелось. Чистота средняя. Надеюсь, подтянутся.
