More than 20 million people have used PrivatBank’s services at least once in their lives — half of all users of banking services in Ukraine, from individuals to companies and entrepreneurs. Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of customers of the digital bank Pryvat24 currently stands at 13.5 million.
PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was UAH 24.3 billion. This amounted to 61.2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalization, the bank paid UAH 55.4 billion in dividends to the state budget.
The PrivatBank team does everything possible to make banking convenient and safe for customers. We offer more than 176 digital services and remote banking. PrivatBank customers find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enabled fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Pryvat24 app on a smartphone.

Були на початку літа — нормально, але без захвату. Персонал ввічливий, але видно, що завантажений. Черга є, електронна працює через раз. Оцінка серединна.
Місце, куди спокійно можна йти з родиною. Перевипуск картки — усе пройшло без затримок і зайвих питань. Ніяких зайвих кроків і паперів, усе по ділу. Приємно здивував рівень чистоти. Приємно, що є такі місця.
на початку року вирішували тут питання, вийшло довше, ніж планував. Ціни трохи вищі за очікувані. Обладнання не найновіше, але робоче. Повернусь, якщо не буде альтернатив.
