Almost 18 million Ukrainians use PrivatBank’s services regularly, while the number of clients of the digital bank Privat24 is currently 13,5 million.

PrivatBank proves that a state-owned company can and should be profitable and efficient. PrivatBank’s net profit in 2020 was 24,3 billion UAH. This accounted for 61,2% of the profit of all Ukrainian banks for the year. Overall, after nationalisation, the bank paid 55,4 billion UAH in dividends to the state budget.

PrivatBank clients find it convenient to use payment cards; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensured fully contactless banking through virtual cards that can be issued instantly via the Privat24 app on a smartphone.

В целом ровно, без сюрпризов. Пришлось подождать дольше, чем хотелось. Персонал вежливый, но загруженный. Есть куда расти.
