не советую делать паспорт на Оболоне,люди которые там роботают не чем не могут помочь,спросила как оплатить ID паспорт,все робочие отвечаю я в этом не понимаю,розбирайтеся сами,в итоге провалились 500 грн в банкомате,и они сказали это не ихнее дело,инкасаторы приезжали 2 раза ничего не нашли,лучше делайте в другом месте.
