В обід: приходили на повторний прийом, лікар пам'ятав історію без нагадувань. Гардероба немає, ходять у верхньому. Загалом нормально.

Приходили за записом: робили аналізи, результати загубилися, шукали через реєстратуру. Орієнтир — вулиця Цитадельна. Талон беруть тільки телефоном. Досвід так собі.

Заходили вранці, зверталися з дитиною. Лікар спокійний, дитина не злякалася. Зручно від Печерська — дійшли за 11 хвилин. Один раз звернутися можна.
