Georgian cuisine is, without exaggeration, one of the most appetizing in the world. When I once visited this beautiful country, I was amazed by the diversity, richness and warmth of a true Caucasian feast. The unforgettable festive atmosphere and delicious food of this sunny and hospitable region gave me a wealth of wonderful impressions. After returning to Kyiv, I wanted to share my emotions with my family and friends — this is how the owner of Shashlychnaya No. 1 describes his café.

Зайшли у травні випадково, а вийшли з планами повернутися. Порції такі, що вдвох можна брати одне гаряче на двох. Ціни адекватні для центру: на двох вийшло без відчуття переплати. Рекомендую, якщо будете поруч.

Були у травні у другій половині дня, коли не так людно. Ціни адекватні для центру: на двох вийшло без відчуття переплати. Оплата карткою пройшла без питань, чек дали одразу. Офіціант підказав, що взяти, і не помилився з рекомендацією. З районних варіантів — один із кращих.

Днями вирішила спробувати щось новеньке і замовила шашлик з грузинської шашличної в Києві з доставкою. Враження залишились надзвичайно приємні! М'ясо було неймовірно соковитим і ніжним, з ароматними спеціями, як у справжніх грузинських традиціях. Шашлик доставили швидко і ще гарячим, що дуже порадувало. Овочі на грилі були свіжими і смачними, хачапурі – просто шедевр! Сервіс на високому рівні, замовлення прийняли швидко та ввічливо. Раджу всім спробувати цю шашличну, справжнє свято для гурманів!
