Picnic Cafe in Kyiv

Although the establishment is French (the cuisine and the chef), it is not a typical French patisserie or brasserie. Darkened windows, lots of wood, dim lighting — and where is the French romance? It is concentrated in the large display case with desserts and pastries. And all this dim lighting is actually designed to draw all attention to it. PICNIC CAFE MENU

The chef and owners of the establishment are real French people. Almost all the dishes on the menu are displayed in the showcase: there are about six types of bread, countless cookies, croissants, sandwiches, quiches lorraine and, of course, pastries and cakes. The main menu includes breakfasts, as well as a dish and soup of the day.

Були в неділю вдень: брали каву на винос, зварили нормально, не пригоріла. Шукати тут: вулиця Кирилівська. Вайфай є, пароль дають без питань. Нормальна кава, без відкриттів.

Были в будний день: заказывали завтрак, яичница и сырники — то, что нужно с утра. Удобно от Контрактовая площадь — дошли за 8 минут. Столиков мало, в обед не сесть. Как вариант рядом — сойдёт.

Були вдруге — перший раз сподобалось більше. Замовляли Дитяча порція, чекали довше, ніж хотілося б. Музика голосніша, ніж потрібно для розмови. Сподіваюсь, підтягнуть сервіс.

Заскочили в обед. Зашли согреться — тепло, тихо, никто не торопит. Кухня европейская, как и заявлено. Нормальный кофе, без открытий.

Заходили сюди навесні і залишились дуже задоволені. У чеку — Сніданок і кава, вклалися без здивувань. З районних варіантів — один із кращих.
