Заходили в понедельник: подавали документы, приняли с первого раза. Дозвониться невозможно. Обычное учреждение.

У понеділок: приходили за витягом, видали при мені, чекати не довелося. Адреса — вулиця Дністерська. Перерва в найзручніший час. Звичайна установа, без сюрпризів.
