В обід, приходили за витягом — видали при мені, чекати не довелося. Поруч із метро Архітектора Бекетова, 3 хвилини ходу. Перерва в найзручніший час. Звичайна установа, без сюрпризів.

В обед: приходили за выпиской, система не работала. Искать тут: улица Григорія Сковороди. Очередь стоит на улице. Потратил день зря.

Були в будній день: подавали документи, розвернули через дрібницю, довелося приходити знову. Дозвонитися неможливо. Витратив день дарма.
